Job Description
Ultimate Staffing is working with a well established company in the heating, plumbing, and hvac industry seeking:
Customer Service Rep / Account Specialist
$42,000 - $49,000 plus benefits
100% in office on location in Landover, MD
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Assists assigned accounts with entering orders
- Assists assigned accounts via phone, email, and text with updates on order delivery
- Answer customer questions on inventory
- Update Outside Sales Reps on follow up needed
- Update excel documents with corrected pricing
- Resend invoices as requested from customer base
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in plumbing, heating, hvac, construction, or home improvement greatly desired
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, CRM Systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication
